Astera and the Astera companion app
Deleting an account removes the journals you built, the lines you recorded or wrote, the audio files behind them, your photographs, your reminder settings and your email address. It cannot be undone.
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. The app asks once to be sure, and everything goes with it.
Write to hello@spremtlabs.com from the address you sign in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. Say Astera in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
Deletion runs within 30 days of the request, and the audio files go with it. Records of an order you placed are kept for as long as tax law in Ireland requires, which is six years, because a printed book was paid for and posted. Those records hold what was bought and where it went. The print file of that book stays with them so the printer can make it again. No recording is kept.
Deletion is final, and the audio cannot be recovered afterwards. If any of it matters to you, keep a copy of your own first.
